河北省园林博览会是河北园林行业高水平的博览盛会，也是全省园林系统和花卉、盆景、赏石等方面的行业盛会，是推动承办城市经济社会发展的重要引擎。河北省第八届园林博览会将于2025年在保定举办，以“双城竞秀·全域园博”为办会理念，致力于将本届园博会打造成践行“两山”理论的生态文明窗口、京津冀区域生态活力的样板、人民群众诗意美好生活的典范。通过依托保定四级公园体系和奥运冠军之城优势，推动从“单一建园”迈向“全城园博”，构建“一环、一带、一核、十厅、百园”的万亩“园博城”生态格局。其中，“一核”为重点打造的园博会核心区主展园。

为了更好地助力园博园建设，结合河北省第八届（保定）园林博览会和保定城市发展、生态建设需要，围绕“京雄保一体化发展”“品质生活之城建设”“城市更新与绿色发展”“传承中华园林文化”等项目战略实施要求，特举办国际园林（园博园）设计大赛。本次竞赛旨在以国际视野的专业交流，汇聚创新智慧，探讨风景园林行业高质量发展理念和经验，为本届园博会提供兼具前瞻性、创新性的园博园概念方案设计，为保定市未来园林绿化建设提供示范借鉴，助力保定园博园高品位、高标准、高质量建设，打造一届永不落幕的园林盛会。

通过本次赛事活动,一方面能够进一步落实国家风景园林高质量发展理念，推进“生态园林”“民生园林”“文化园林”和“智慧园林”建设，助力打造山水人城和谐相融的“公园城市”，描绘美丽保定新画卷；另一方面能够更好地践行河北省园林绿化建设要求以及共享绿地建设理念，助力打造民生福祉的绿色园博；同时，进一步实施保定“无煤市、无焦市、无钢市”的发展思路，打造具有河北特色的低碳园博会，并借助赛事影响向外界展示保定城市文化精髓，带动城市形象全面提升。

园博园核心区主题（供参赛方参考）

根据省政府办公厅印发的《河北省园林博览会申办办法》要求，参照历届省园博会主题内容与形式，参赛方需统筹考虑竞赛方案园博主题。主题须符合省第八届园博会办会思路及总体要求，并与保定城市发展目标、公园城市建设发展方向相一致，充分体现保定特色。现提供以下三个园博会主题供参赛方参考：

（1）蓝绿交融，品质保定

“蓝”代表水系，“绿”代表绿地。2022年，全长42公里、穿3区7乡17村的亲水绿道环城水系景观带更新了20余万人的生活圈，蓝绿空间的有机交融成为保定市践行“公园城市”的生动诠释。本届园博会核心展区依托环城水系进行建设，建成后必将成为保定市绿色新地标，为环城水系这条“翡翠项链”嵌入“璀璨明珠”。“蓝绿交融，品质保定”描绘了保定绿色发展的美好愿景，展现了保定打造“京津冀世界级城市群中的现代化品质生活之城”的奋斗目标。

（2）双城竞秀，动感保定

“双城”指雄安和保定，服务保障雄安新区是保定市深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神和省委提出的“努力在推进京津冀协同发展上走在前列”要求的重要任务，更是保定市必须扛起的政治任务和义不容辞的使命担当。保定被誉为“体育之城、冠军摇篮”。近年来，我市坚持人民至上，不断解放思想、奋发进取，在现代化品质生活之城建设中绽放了“新颜值”、跑出了“加速度”。省第八届园博会核心主展区位于竞秀区文体新城片区，“双城竞秀，动感保定”既体现了保定的城市活力，又是保定城市更新跑出“加速度”的形象体现。

（3）绿美保定，魅力之城

多年来，保定市深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想，坚持以人民为中心，践行“公园城市”理念，公园城市规划现已绘就蓝图，四级公园体系初步显现。举办省第八届园博会是保定市公园城市建设搭框架、现雏形的有利契机，将为实现城园融合的绿美保定奠定坚实基础。通过打造“绿美保定，魅力之城”，将展现高品质、有韧性、现代化新保定的别样魅力与风采。
